Contest Rules and Disclaimer

$100 Gift Card Contest 

Prize: One (1) $100 gift card will be awarded to the first eligible participant who correctly identifies, from the picture posted on the D.W. Black LLC website, the name of the resort, the city and or province, and the country.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, family members, or individuals otherwise closely associated with D.W. Black LLC are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter and Win: The first eligible participant to submit the correct identification of the resort will be declared the winner, subject to verification. Submissions received after a winner has been determined will not be considered.

Prize Conditions:

• The prize must be claimed by booking a trip through D.W. Black LLC within twelve (12) months of the date of winner notification.
   
• If no trip is booked within the required period, the prize is forfeited and will not be re-awarded.
   
• Prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted, and is not redeemable for cash.
   

Verification: D.W. Black LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, and accuracy of the winning entry prior to awarding the prize. All decisions by D.W. Black LLC are final.

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules.
